  • Maintenance and update of public or government information publicity, notices and posters on the notice board
  • Departmental newspaper and magazine application and distribution

Scope of Services

  • All incoming mails or parcels, collected by CSS from Post Office, should be in good condition. For damaging mails or parcels, the extent of the damage will be noted by Post Office and be re-wrapped.
  • Official mails and couriers will be collected and sorted out by CSS at Mail Dispatch Centre located in N6-3013.
  • The sorted mails and couriers will be sent by CSS colleagues to related units, faculties and colleges every day.
  • In event of receiving mails with damaged packaging without a note from Post Office, the recipient is advised not to accept and report the case to CSS at 8822 8605.
  • For “by hand-delivered/ collection of documents”, please check if any damage of your document(s) occurs upon receipt.

Campus Services Section could assist to purchase ferry tickets for staff on official purpose. Both ferry tickets of Cotai Waterjet and Turbojet could be purchased. Applicants should fill in the application form (CMDO-CSS-022-2022_E_000) with approved signature and submit it together with the ticket fee to Mail Dispatch Centre located in N6-3013. List of unclaimed mails will be updated on every 15th and 30th of each month.
