Facility Development Section provides campus-wide facility management to Academic and Administrative units under the supervision of the Campus Management and Development Office (CMDO).

Facility Development Section has 6 functional teams, namely Outlet Management and Leasing, Venue Management and Promotion, Staff Housing and Management, Landscape Design Management, Facilities Development Project and Space Allocation respectively.
