To continuous improve the supporting facilities, like staff quarters, venues and outlets to aim at perfecting the campus facilities and environment for staff and students.

Introduction
Facility Development Section provides campus-wide facility management to Academic and Administrative units under the supervision of the Campus Management and Development Office (CMDO).
Facility Development Section has 6 functional teams, namely Outlet Management and Leasing, Venue Management and Promotion, Staff Housing and Management, Landscape Planning Development, Facility Improvement Projects and Space Allocation respectively. The scope of functions include the outlet management and expansion, venue management and promotion, staff housing management, space planning of campus buildings & public space and landscape master planning.
