There are 24 outlets at the University of Macau, with dining, retail, culture, and banking all under one roof, to serve the various needs of students, staff, and visitors. The outlets are mainly distributed at the University Mall and Postgraduate House in the southern part of campus, academic units in the eastern part, UM Guest House and research buildings in the northern part. The first campus shopping centre in Macao is situated in the core section of the southern campus accommodation area. Heights up to 3 storeys, including dining, retail, and service, to provide integrated services for daily needs.

Shops on campus are mainly located at the University Mall and Postgraduate House (south side), teaching buildings (east side), UM Guest House and research buildings in the northern part.

S8 University Mall is equipped with exhibition areas, a lactation room, and car park.

There are currently about 160 self-service vending machines on campus, including food & beverage machines, coffee vending machines, and an entertainment ticket machine.
